General Queries
1) How do I know which doctor to consult?
You will first meet a General Physician for Base Line Consultation. The Physician based on your Medical Complaints and Clinical Findings will refer you to a Senior Consultant. 2nd Opinion is seek from Speciality Clinic if required.
2) Do you have Speciality Doctors?
The Hospital has the services of Ayurveda Physicians Graduate and Post Graduate who are specialized as General Physician and Specialize in Dermatology, Rheumatology, Eye – Ear – Nose, and so on
3) How long do I need to stay at the Hospital?
The doctor on Clinical Examination and Consultation will suggest you the Recommended Duration for Treatment.
4) Do I need to share room with another patient?
The Hospital Offer various Accommodation Categories beginning from General Ward, Normal Room, Special Room, Mini Cottage and so on. Some facilities are Twin bed and you can share the room with other patient as well, if the same is agreed and accepted by the two patients. In other condition you can have the Room, Cottage for yourself. You can have the attendant alongside you in case of Doctors Recommendation and otherwise as well.
5) Apart from the Room Tariff, how much more will it cost on a daily basis?
The visit of the physician, medicine, meals, treatment, yoga will cost you approx.. Rs. 3500/- per day.
6) How do I know what will be the total cost of my treatment for the entire stay?
You can ask for a Estimate of cost price from the account department.
7) How many times, does a doctor visit me during my stay?
The Chief Physician will visit intermittently, whilst the assisting physician will see you once in day and more upon request and medical condition.
8) Am I allowed to move around in the campus or city and visit nearby places?
During the course of treatments, you are restricted from exposure of sun, wind and rain and advised to stay indoor.
9) Do you have WiFi facility at the hospital?
Yes, we do offer WiFi facility.
10) Do you have Television in the Room?
The General Ward and Normal Room do not have TV, rest all other accommodation categories have TV.
11) Is there a kitchen facility in the Cottages?
Yes, there is a small kitchen with basic items.
12) Do you provide laundry facility?
We offer room service on alternate days. Personal Laundry is available at added cost.
13) Can I have non vegetarian meals, like egg?
You will be served only vegetarian food. The food is mainly South Indian and cooked with minimum spices and light for digestion.
14) How many patients can be accommodated in the cottage?
Based on the Cottage Category a minimum of 2 and maximum of 4 patients can stay in a single cottage.
15) Can I work during my stay in the hospital?
You are advised not to indulge in work. However you can do some basic work, if the same are not exhaustive.
16) What do I carry along with me?
Carry cotton clothes, night dress and towels. Do not carry heavy baggage. The same is not required.
17) Do you offer airport pickup and drop?
Yes, we do offer transfer facility on request and added price.
18) How is the weather condition?
Do check weather forecast for the period and you will know.
19) Do you do money exchange?
Yes, we offer you assistance in exchanging the foreign currency. The service is outsourced.
20) Do you accept payment in foreign currency?
We accept payment by credit/debit card, NEFT/RTGS, Cheque, DD and online bank transfer.
21) Do I need to send advance payment?
Yes, we do accept advance payment to confirm the admission.
22) Do I have to wait to get admission in the hospital?
Do write the dates of your choice and you will receive a reply with availability for those dates. Alternatively, you will be informed on the availability closer to the dates of your choice.
23) What happens if I cannot make it to the hospital for the confirmed dates?
You will lose the advance paid and you can book alternate dates for admission.
24) Can the advance paid be transferred to another patient who is my friend or family?
Yes, in your place your friend/family can seek admission at the hospital for the dates that you have booked.

The medicines prescribed by the physician will be bought to you and you need to take it under the supervision of the physician.
3) Is there a Allopathy Doctor on call?
Yes, the Ayurveda Physician will stabilise you in case you are critical and carried to a nearby hospital in a Ambulance.
4) Can I continue to have my allopathic medicines while I undergo Ayurveda treatment?
The Consulting Treating Physician will advise you on the same.
5) Can I do yoga while undergoing Ayurveda Treatment?
The physician will advise you on the same based on the treatment you are undergoing.
6) How long do I need to take medicines after I am discharged from the hospital?
The duration will vary, however approx. 3 months medicines will be advised.
7) Can I change my therapist and time of treatment?
Do put up a request and the same will be accommodated as per availability.
8) Do I receive treatment during the menstrual period?
No, therefore do plan the admission at the hospital accordingly.
9) Do I need to extend my stay duration?
This will be based on certain health condition, like cold-cough and flu. If the desired results are not achieved however recovery is happening, you will be advised to extend the stay.

We advise a 3 week treatment, every year for a regular Detox/Cleansing Treatment.
