To make this rasayana, take kwatha dravya and water, boil well until decocotion reduces to 10 parts of the liquid and filter it. Now, boil separately pishti dravya and filter the pulp through a cotton cloth to remove any fibre content.

In a large copper vessel add the filtered decoction, add boiled pishti dravya and boil. To this add mishri powder, Sneha dravya and cook until it becomes thick like jam consistency. Remove from heat and allow it cool for several hours. When the rasayana comes down to room temperature add honey and mix well, store tightly in airtight bottles.
